Do you offer Enterprise solutions?
Yes. Tailored enterprise-grade API access with custom usage limits, SLAs, and premium support. Hgraph also offers additional, bespoke consulting solutions. Learn more here.
How do I sign up and get my API key?
Create an account on our Account Dashboard and then click "view API keys" and you should see a pop-up with your keys. You can also manage your subscription and use our other tools. Create your account →.
How do I pay for my subscription plan?
We use Stripe for billing and all pricing is in USD. We plan to add more payment methods in the future.
What are the different support levels??
- Community support: documentation and Discord community (public channels).
- Basic support: tickets via Discord and Email with a 72hr response.
- Standard support: tickets via Discord and Email with a 48hr response.
- Priority support: dedicated support channels + video/voice calls. 24hr response.
What's the difference between annual/monthly plans?
Annual plans include a 15% discount and are billed annually. Monthly plans are billed monthly.
What does "Custom Tooling" mean?
In our Premium API+ plan, Hgraph can provide custom GraphQL query development, SQL scheduled jobs, database optimization and more for your project.
What does "Monthly Cap" mean?
A "Hard Cap" means that when your requests have been used for the month, you won't be able to make new requests. A "Soft Cap" means that when you have used all of your requests for the month, you will be able to continue making requests (within reason) without service disruption. There are also overage fees that can be applied.
What does "Max RPS" mean?
This is the maximum number of Requests Per Second (RPS) that you can send to Hgraph APIs.
What does "Surge Ready" mean?
From time to time, customers expect surges in RPS. With surge support, Hgraph can provide custom solutions for expected surges.
